In a sunny corner of the Hythe Imperial Hotel, you’ll soon be able to find Hythe’s best kept secret, the Moet and Chandon Bar, opening on Friday 5th August.

By day, enjoy fresh coffee and muffins and those who like to lunch will find fresh and light dishes such as wraps, home-made soups and burgers to zesty tapas-style dishes, fish and chips and local lamb shank. Soak up the sea air and sunshine alfresco-style on the decking or chill out inside on the comfortable sofas while watching the latest news or Sky Sports event.

Live Music Friday Nights (March-October) - the Moet and Chandon Bar is proud to be showcasing some fine home-grown talent from acoustic solo singer-songwriters to bands creating smooth jazz, blues, folk and soul.

A welcoming eclectic mix of people gives the Moet and Chandon Bar a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere.
