When you come into our intimate and intriguing space, you will find a wonderful potted Heritage experience as well as vibrant Arts events and workshops in a cottage atmosphere and you can enjoy changing monthly Art and History exhibitions in our upstairs Gallery.

Grade II listed, Rose Street Cottage of Curiosities is one of the last 3 remaining homes built for Sheerness Dockyard workers in the 18th and 19th Centuries. One-time home to the Kicks shipwright family, the Cottage has been a furniture shop and Curd’s Wet and Dry Fish ’n’ Chip shop. It contains objects brought by locals over many years to evoke the Island’s quirky stories.
