Cream Teas on the train! Travel  from Tunbridge Wells West to Eridge on the Green timetable and watch the glorious High Weald countryside go by from the comfort of our beautifully decorated Bar Car 'Kate' whilst enjoying a wonderful Cream Tea. Arrive at Tunbridge Wells West and take a look inside our Victorian Engine Shed.

Board the train shortly before departure and travel to Eridge hauled by a heritage diesel, your Cream Tea being served upon departure from Tunbridge Wells. Upon arrival at Eridge you'll have the opportunity to alight briefly and see our Steam Locomotive. Rejoin the train ready for the Steam Locomotive to haul you back up the hill to Tunbridge Wells.

What a fabulous way to spend and afternoon! Tickets are valid for travel all day which means you can arrive and travel on trains prior to your Cream Tea.

If you are travelling on our trains or visiting other locations along the line during the day please make sure you arrive back at Tunbridge Wells West in time to board for the Cream Tea service.

What’s included in the ticket price?

• Cream service on the 14:45 departure from Tunbridge Wells West.

• All day travel on the Spa Valley Railway after your 'Cream Tea'.

• A traditional Cream Tea served on board one of our heritage carriages

• 1 large sultana scone, clotted cream portion, jam and cup of tea (or two!)

A list of allergens is available on request. We regret that due to the nature of the 1960s carriages we cannot accommodate wheelchair users on these dining experiences.
